I came across these on the DEADLY DESIRES facebook page. I believe they have an ETSY shop of the same name but I couldn't see them on there. If you send them a message I'm sure that they could tell you more.
you can buy them individually but I think you can get them as a pair too. Again, you would need to ask the website! Their stuff really is utterly gorgeous.
